The Cowboy and Rousseau Animal Assistance Fund (CARAAF) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, organized in the State of California.

CARAAF is a 100% VOLUNTEER run organization. That means every dollar donated to the fund will be put to the greatest use in support of our mission. With virtually no overhead, and the support of family, friends, volunteers and donors, CARAAF will extend and improve the lives of sick and injured rescue dogs, with the greatest fiscal responsibility and efficiency.
